Welcome to my portfolio.
My name is Alisher, and gastronomy has long become more than a profession, it is a way of thinking, and a source of deep meaning.
Over the past year, my path moved into territory I had worked hard to reach. I spent time inside Michelin-starred environments, kitchens where standards are not discussed, they are simply lived. That kind of pressure either breaks you or sharpens you. For me, it sharpened everything: the way I move, the way I think about a plate, the way I lead a station.
I came back from those experiences with more than technique. I came back with a clearer sense of who I am as a cook and what I want to say through food.
My philosophy hasn’t changed: cuisine is about stories, emotions, and the moments it creates. Every dish should carry an idea, something that makes a person pause, feel, or remember. But now I know better how to deliver on that intention, even under pressure, even at volume, even when the margin for error is zero.
